Stephenie Meyer Update // Posted on Dec 30 at 8:35pm
Stephene Meyer has updated her site! You can visit her site by clicking here. Here is Seth's post:
"December 29, 2008
Since 2008 is almost over, I thought I would take a minute to congratulate Stephenie on a successful year. A lot of very exciting things have happened this year, and it has been fun for those of us who are fans of the writing to follow along.
Several major media outlets have also noted the success, and (as long as I am posting something that Stephenie probably wouldn't approve of) I thought I would post a few of the links for those of you who haven't heard about the recognition and praise that she has received for the year of 2008:
TIME's List of 'People Who Mattered'
USA TODAY's 'Author of the Year'
MSN's 'Most Influential Women'
THE ARIZONA REPUBLIC's 'Most Fascinating People'
OK, I know that the AZ Republic may not be as big as TIME, but it is a very cool experience to be able to open up the paper and be surprised by an article about a family member, so I thought I would include it. Anyway, congrats, Stephenie, and thanks to everyone for joining us during this crazy and exciting year. We wish you all the best in 2009!

Time Magazine's Person of the Year // Posted on Dec 29 at 10:37pm
Our very own, Stephenie Meyer, has been named Person of the Year: 2008 by Time Magazine. You can see the page and read the small article here
"Meyer's religious upbringing taught her something few writers grasp, that fantasies can be about restraint as well as excess. Sometimes nice girls do finish first."
I also found a video titled, "10 Questions for Stephenie Meyer" on the Time website. You can view it below:

Rob and Kristen Interview // Posted on Dec 29 at 8:29pm
Here is a new Robert & Kristen interview, in which they talk about; Twilight's huge box office success, their on-screen chemistry, New Moon, and (of course) all of the twi-hard fans.
"'I knew it appealed to a group of people, but I had no idea how widespread they were,' explains Kristen. 'I thought I was one of them initially but then I realised I wasn’t as crazy as most of them. I thought we were making kind of a cult film, I didn’t realise we’d have to come to London…'"
You can read the whole interview here.
